1. Important: we do not host comic content

This site does not host, mirror, stream or link to manga, manhwa, manhua, webtoon or any other copyrighted comic chapters. It operates as an independent editorial tracker that discusses the third-party site commonly known as "MangaBuddy". If your concern relates to chapters hosted on mangabuddy.com or any other reading site, please direct your notice to the operator of that site — not to us.

2. Notices about content actually published on mangabuddy1.com

If you are a rights holder (or authorised agent) and believe that material we have published on this domain infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. The exact URL on mangabuddy1.com where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  4. Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. The following statement: "I have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
  6. The following statement, under penalty of perjury: "The information in this notification is accurate, and I am the copyright owner or am authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."

3. Trademark notices

The word "MangaBuddy" is used on this site solely in its nominative sense — to identify the subject of editorial coverage. If you are the rights holder of a registered "MangaBuddy" trademark and believe a specific use on this site exceeds nominative fair use, send a written notice to the same address with subject "Trademark Notice" describing (a) the registration number and jurisdiction, (b) the specific URL and quoted use you object to, and (c) the basis for your objection. We will review in good faith.

4. Response timeline

Valid notices are typically actioned within 7 business days. We may contact you for clarification if your notice is incomplete.

5. Counter-notice

If you believe material on this site was removed in error, you may submit a written counter-notice to the same address. It must include your full name and contact details, the URL of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court (or, if outside the U.S., a court in the jurisdiction where the site is operated).

6. Misrepresentations

Under DMCA §512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.

7. Repeat-infringer policy

We do not host user-generated content. If we ever introduce such functionality, accounts found to be repeat infringers will be terminated in accordance with applicable law.
